Lavorazioni Inox Benedini‘s tilting drier filters feature:
- Vertical cylindrical construction tilting at 90° – 170°.
- Sintered filtration mesh
- Clockwise and anticlockwise up/down agitator.
- Double pressurised mechanical seal protected by PTFE bellows.
- Support base of the flanged filtering mesh to the ferrule, which can be lowered using hydraulic pistons.
- Outer jacket for heating and cooling. Even the bottom and the mechanical seal’s housing bush are enclosing.
- Tri-clamp couplings
- Gravity powder discharge (170°).
- Minimum powder residue and maximum exchange performance.
- Suitable for filtering and drying pharmaceuticals and chemicals since it combines two delicate operations in one machine. The filtration and drying processes don’t need the product to be moved between two devices, thus preserving the environment from contamination.
- Mirror polished finish.
- Available with a diameter ranging between 500 mm and 1800 mm.
