The parts that contact the pharmaceuticals are entirely made of Aisi 316L, whereas the remaining parts are made of Aisi 304L. Moreover, on request, we can manufacture these systems with special materials, like Hastelloy (C22-B3).
Our crystallisers for the pharmaceutical industry feature:- Internal agitation based on calculation specifications defined by the client’s requirements.
- Adpe motors, which are also suitable for explosive environments, in compliance with the Atex regulation.
- Thermal insulation with standard and special insulation depending on the temperatures reached.
- Mirror polished finish on the inside and outside for use in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors. Polished internal finish and satin external finish for the food sector.
- The upper couplings will be provided in compliance with the Din-Tri-clamp regulation
- The TK couplings will be certified in compliance with the PED regulation and EN-ISO-ASME calculation codes.
- All standard models comply with the FDA regulation.
